I was born and raised in Connecticut, the youngest of seven children. I received a degree in business administration and a minor in communications from the University of Maine with one year abroad at University College Galway in Ireland.

I then spent the next six years working for small cruise ship companies; American Cruise Lines and Clipper Cruise Lines operating on the East coast, and Lindblad Expeditions whom operate expedition ships all around the world. My husband and I settled on Bainbridge Island when he was asked to be Director of Marine Operations with Lindblad Expeditions in Seattle. We lived on Bainbridge Island for 8 years where I ran the first island hotel, The Island Country Inn. I have always worked in the hospitality business and continued on to own and operate numerous Bed and Breakfasts in Kitsap County. For twenty years I have enjoyed buying and selling property in Kitsap County and pursuing my love of real estate.

We are currently living in Lemolo, Poulsbo and raising our three active, school age children. I still operate Brauer Cove Guest House and Bremerton Executive Condominiums and enjoy the interaction of guests from all over the world. Poulsbo is an idyllic place to live and raise kids and an easy area to promote.
