Business Experience

Kevin has more than 30 years experience as an accountant, controller, director of finance, CFO and business consultant working with privately-held firms both in the United States and Canada. He is a skilled financial professional with experience in small business development, negotiations and strategic planning. He has owned small businesses in Washington and British Columbia.

Real Estate Experience

Kevin is an experienced real estate professional and is excited in helping people to achieve their real estate dreams and goals. He has bought and sold his own properties and has learned valuable lessons to help him in assisting his clients. Kevin is a life-long learner and loves challenges. He is flexible, adaptable, success oriented with strong ethics and integrity. He is a problem-solver and will work hard for you whether you are a first-time or seasoned home buyer.

Education and Professional Designations

Kevin has earned a Master of Business Administration degree and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Washington. For over 25 years he was a licensed Certified General Accountant in British Columbia. He is continually taking courses either for professional development or for the joy of learning. He is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists and is currently working on the Certified Residential Specialist designation.

Interests and Hobbies

Kevin is an avid cross-country skier and hiker. He loves to travel and learn and has traveled throughout Canada as well as England, Scotland, Thailand and Hong Kong. He also taught accounting in Saudi Arabia and enjoyed side trips to Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates while living in the Middle East. Kevin is a past chairman of the CFO/Controller Committee of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is married to Cheri (a teacher in Poulsbo) and together with Gidget and Cooper their Shelties, they love to travel throughout Washington, BC and beyond.
